RD will not be held liable for any additional third party costs, such as payment gateway fees, booking fees etc.
RD follow a no refund policy, if you wish to cancel the domain and hosting, please Provide us with a 2 calendar months’ notice.
Once the site is up and running, a design change would not be accepted unless quoted and paid for.
The Client agrees to allow RD to place a small credit on services provided and/or a link to RD own website on the customer’s projects. This will usually be in the form of a small logo or line of text placed towards the bottom of the page. The Client also agrees to allow RD to place designs on RD own website and social media for demonstration purposes and to use any designs in its own publicity. This includes cancelled projects, and projects not been finalized.
All work carried out, whether experimentally or otherwise, at The Client’s request shall be deemed chargeable.
We do not guarantee a successful trademark application and company registration nor will be held liable for any negative outcome.
For all services, the onus is on the Client to ensure all information used and provided is correct and factual.
Web Design once off: 50 % non-refundable deposit required before starting. Balance is due once the site is deemed completed.
Trademark: RD require the nonrefundable full payment upfront.
Marketing quoted above (pm) is to be paid by the 1st of every month. We require 30 days’ notice of cancellation, if not client would still be held for costs incurred.
